Waiting list policy We accept camper registrations on a first-come, first-served basis: We cannot register a child or reserve a spot without a completed application form and deposit. If we receive your application (with deposit) for a session which is already full, we'll put your child on the waiting list. In that situation, we do not cash your cheque. Within 10 days of receiving your application we let you know that your child is on the waiting list, and we hold your cheque. If and when a space becomes available, we phone you immediately, and you have the option to take the space or to have us return your (uncashed) cheque. Obviously if no spot opens up, we’ll return your deposit. |
